Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

 

Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled pickup time are not eligible for a refund.

 

Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule their trip at no additional charge provided the pickup and drop-off locations remain the same.
  • Rescheduled trips are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
  • Requests to change pickup or drop-off locations may result in additional charges.

 

By booking transportation services with JD Transportations, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policy.
